Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Domestic FMCG Sales Representative for our flavours.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving our flavour sales and achieving targets within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail clients and distributors, acting as the primary point of contact for sales-related inquiries and support.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within the domestic market, utilizing market research and competitive analysis.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our FMCG products to existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products, highlighting their value proposition.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify areas for business growth and adaptation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing initiatives.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the sales management team, contributing to overall business planning and decision-making.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on industry developments, emerging trends, and regulatory changes impacting the FMCG sector, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
• Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the FMCG sector, with a strong background specifically in the flavour industry
• Proven experience in FLAVOUR - FMCG sales or a similar sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of the FMCG industry, including understanding of market dynamics, distribution channels, and consumer behavior.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively present information to diverse audiences.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to drive sales and secure profitable deals.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
• Willingness to travel frequently PAN India to meet clients and attend industry events as needed.
