Responsibilities: Business Development Support - Conduct research to identify and qualify new Beauty & Personal Care brands for onboarding - Support the outreach and engagement process with prospective brands (similar to SDR work) - Assist with pipeline management, lead tracking, and CRM updates - Help prepare outreach materials, pitch decks, and performance reports Creator Outreach & Campaign Coordination: - Support outreach to creators on behalf of TikTok Shop beauty brands - Help coordinate creator seeding and sampling efforts - Manage campaign tracking sheets and assist with performance reporting - Match brands with relevant creators in collaboration with the partnerships team
