We are looking for a Business Development Analyst (BDA) with experience in acquiring projects from freelance platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and others. The role involves bidding, client communication, requirement analysis, and project coordination with our internal team.
Responsibilities:
Search and bid on relevant projects on freelance marketplaces.
Write professional, customized proposals to attract clients.
Communicate with clients to understand their requirements clearly.
Prepare requirement documents, project scope, and initial estimates.
Coordinate with technical team for feasibility & delivery timelines.
Maintain relationships to generate repeat business.
Requirements:
Prior experience winning projects on Upwork/Freelancer/Fiverr.
Excellent English communication and proposal writing skills.
Understanding of web/mobile/software development services.
Strong requirement analysis and documentation ability.
Self-motivated with proven track record of generating business.
Preferred:
Existing Upwork/Freelancer profile with history.
Knowledge of IT outsourcing & project management tools (Trello, Jira, Asana).
