✨ Sales Strategy
As Business Development & Marketing Manager at Caravan, your mission is to drive sales, expand our customer base, and promote the Caravan brand by focusing on key areas such as:
• Develop creative strategies to fill our restaurants and maximise sales & covers with both B2C and B2B guests, including group dining, corporate bookings, and events.
✨ Relationship Building
• Build strong relationships with local businesses, corporate clients, and event planners to keep Caravan top of mind.
✨ Marketing Initiatives
• Driving awareness by working with local marketing teams to execute multichannel campaigns and promote events, from corporate dinners to local festivals.
✨ Events & Experiences
• Delivering memorable experiences by organising and managing events that reflect Caravan’s ‘well-travelled’ ethos, ensuring every detail is perfect and guests return for more.
✨ Brand Partnerships
• Creating collaborations and establishing meaningful partnerships with local concierges, influencers, and organisations to promote private dining and group events.
