Business Development and Sales for Law Firm
Job description
Level –2-3 years
Sultanpur, New Delhi
Joining: - Immediate
• Should be persuasive and have strong business acumen.
• Hands-on experience with the strategies involved to scale up business from Knowledge of IPR (Basic).
• Should have updated cadences to develop a framework to bring clients.
• Should have exposure in mergers, acquisitions, alliances, and tie-ups among law firms in India, and foreign countries helping law firms and legal departments in structuring themselves.
• Promoting new and upcoming niche practice areas, professionalization, and outsourcing of business support functions.
• Contacted potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls and scheduled meetings with the CEO and another source of Social media.
• Conduct initial conversations to understand the legal needs and fulfill the same.
• Use Innovative writing techniques and updated cadences on developed a framework to bring clients on the table and onboard from various industries including big giants.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Lawyer’s degree is advantageous.
• Proven business development, and marketing experience in law firm.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and persuasive.
