Description
1. Responsible for driving brand partnerships with marketplaces, distributors, wholesalers, retailers and e-commerce aggregators.
2. Point-of-contact (POC) of Label Reyya for all marketplaces
3. Improving B2C and B2B sales across marketplaces
4. Researching, identifying, and partnering marketplaces for our brand
5. Data scrapping of contacts from LinkedIn / other sources to contact marketplaces/distributors
6. Negotiation and coordinating deals with marketplaces
7. Onboarding Reyya on all the marketplaces
8. Coordinating with the operations team for listing and cataloging of all new collections and products on all marketplaces
9. Sales performance and analysis -
a. Regular monitoring of sales on all the marketplaces
b. Boosting sales by marketing/offering discounts etc.
c. Running and managing Ads on them, for ex – Product Listing Ads (PLA) on Myntra/Ajio.
d. Constant ad performance review to optimize performance and reduce cost-per-click (CPC)
e. Planning with marketplaces for visibility and branding across their homepage, social media, and digital ads
f. Promoting Reyya during merchandising events such as seasonal, festival, holiday, and category-specific events (i.e. black Friday sale, Diwali sale, etc.)
11. Preparing monthly MIS/sales Reports for management –
a. Preparing financial projections and sales targets
b. Monthly Profitability / PnL analysis of sales/returns
c. SKU-wise sales performance
d. Budget report for promotions, ads, marketing, etc.
12. Coordinating with the operations team for Inventory replenishment
13. Handling all complaints/feedback/suggestions from any marketplace
14. Competitive Analysis –
a. In-depth research on the performance of other similar brands on the marketplaces
15. International expansion –
a. Boosting performance on FAIRE to scale export wholesale orders
b. Listing with international marketplaces – Zalora, Namshi, ASOS, Zalando, etc.
c. Identifying international distributors/wholesalers and retailers
16. Wholesale expansion –
a. Develop B2B / wholesale business internationally for both fashion & and home décor products on our website
b. Build a wholesale customer base on our website
c. Improve sales performance on B2B marketplaces such as FAIRE & Brandboom
d. Research, identify, and onboard more B2B marketplaces for wholesalers
e. Scale wholesale business directly on our website
