Position Overview
We’re looking for dynamic and motivated Business Development Executives to join our passionate team in Thane!

Key Responsibilities
Reach out to potential clients through calls, follow-ups, and other communication channels.
Clearly explain Edujam’s services and academic solutions to students and prospects.
Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships.
Achieve individual and team sales goals consistently.
Maintain performance reports and share regular feedback with the management team.
Requirements
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and eager to learn.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome!
Prior experience in EdTech sales, counseling, or business development will be an added advantage.
Work Details
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
Compensation
Interns (Freshers): ₹8,000 – ₹10,000/month (Stipend) + Incentives
Full-time (Freshers): ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month + Incentives
Experienced (EdTech BDEs): ₹20,000 – ₹50,000/month (based on experience) + Incentives
