Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our housing/society management solution to residential complexes, cooperative housing societies, and gated communities across Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, delivering compelling product demonstrations, building strong relationships with society committees, closing deals to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct door-to-door, on-field visits to society management committees (MCs), secretaries, and treasurers.
Pitch the benefits of the society management app, including payment management, maintenance tracking, complaint handling, and resident communication.
Conduct product demos and presentations to decision-makers.
Follow up with leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Build long-term relationships with clients and provide post-sales support when required.
Maintain CRM records of leads, meetings, feedback, and follow-ups.
Work closely with the marketing team to align on local campaigns and outreach efforts.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Pay: ₹12,189.05 - ₹42,481.62 per month
