Role Objective (What You Will Do for Us)
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in growing the business by generating leads, building partnerships, and increasing conversions. Your efforts will directly contribute to revenue growth and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities1. Drive Business Growth
Generate new leads through B2B partnerships with colleges, universities, coaching centers, and educational institutes
Identify new opportunities to expand market reach
Increase walk-ins and inquiries through strategic outreach
2. Build Strong Institutional Network
Establish and maintain relationships with education partners
Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions
Represent the company at events and student engagement activities
3. Convert Leads into Revenue
Handle and qualify leads from calls, WhatsApp, website, and walk-ins
Explain services and guide clients toward the right program
Support counsellors in closing deals and achieving conversions
4. Client Engagement & Experience
Maintain professional communication with clients
Ensure timely follow-ups and high engagement
Build trust to improve conversion ratios and referrals
5. Achieve Targets
Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets
Track performance and continuously improve results
6. Data & Process Management
Maintain accurate lead data in CRM
Track inquiries, conversions, and follow-ups systematically

Strong communication and convincing skills
Sales-driven mindset with a focus on results
Experience in immigration/education consultancy is a plus
Ability to build relationships and networks
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
