🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Development Associate


📍 Bangalore | 💼 1 Year Experience | 💰 ₹3.6 LPA + Performance Incentives
At The Words Edge, we work with brands to turn ideas into campaigns that actually move the needle. And now, we’re looking for someone who can help us build strong client relationships and uncover exciting opportunities along the way.
If you enjoy talking to brands, spotting opportunities, and managing campaigns from idea to execution, this might be for you.
What you’ll be doing
• Drive outreach through calls, emails, WhatsApp and LinkedIn to connect with brand managers and marketing heads
• Turn cold conversations into meaningful meetings with decision-makers
• Actively scout for campaign briefs and new collaboration opportunities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for our B2B clients
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs for internal teams
• Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts
• Ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines
• Present performance reports that showcase campaign impact and ROI
What we’re looking for
• 1 year of experience in a marketing agency or client-facing B2B role
• Understanding of how B2B marketing works – logic, trust, and long-term value
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
• Based in Bangalore
