The Selected Candidates will utilise their skills to generate high-quality leads and build a strong relationships with
customers and close deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and
demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Skills
Any Graduation/ Post Graduation. Have a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.
• Interested in mentoring and guiding students.
• Having a knack for sales.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Role details
• Sector: EdTech Sales
• Work Location: Kochi (Work From Home until the office reopens)
• Working days: 6 working days with 1 day-off
• Mandatory Language Fluency: English
• Laptop: candidates to use their own laptops
• CTC: 6 Lakh (3.6 Lakh fixed pay + 2.4 Lakh variable pay)
All selected candidates will be part of a two-month probation period under the Business Development Trainee profile. Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be promoted to the role of Business Development Associates (BDA
