Business Development Associate

We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Sales Associate who is ready to take on all sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales. Our ideal candidate will deliver a professional presentation to customers, and uphold the ideals and standards of our company. The successful Sales Associate will constantly strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations.Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully onboarding the small business entrepreneur to digitalization.Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.There will be additional performance incentives that will be applied after the training program.The training program will be for 3 + 3 days(On Job Training) .The assessment parameters will include performance metrics, capability and quality audits, and feedback from the manager/ trainer and HR Team.Minimum 1 - 2 year of experience in field sales or customer acquisition and Fast Learning Freshers with Good Communication Skills can also apply.

Qualification : MBA only

Apart from salary , we also offer Very Good Commissions and incentives.
