We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in the Education Technology Industry. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting leads to sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services.
• Identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, and networking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
• Negotiate and close sales deals with customers.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure product alignment with customer needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree/Master
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good content writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Confident and persuasive personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of the Education Technology Industry is a plus.
