Business Development Associate

This is a very high growth role in the organization and will be the bed-rock of taking up newer managerial opportunities in India and abroad. Responsibilities: ● Understand client requirements and pitch the relevant solution. ● Active front-end selling and cross-selling to potential buyers over the platform. ● Extensive coordination with EMB partners to close deals. ● Deliver daily progress, revenue and activity reports for all clients. ● Analyze, research, recommend and implement processes and systems. ● Outbound client acquisition through social media and networks. ● Keeping track of all the documentation required for a transaction. ● Helping both buyers and sellers in an ongoing transaction. ● Maintain regular contact with clients to gain deeper understanding of their needs and concerns and work with internal teams to resolve those. ● Take in-person meetings with clients locally as and when required. Requirements: ● Understanding or prior experience (internship) B2B IT/SAAS sales environment. ● Good communication skills (both English and Hindi). ● Demonstrated initiative, boldness and flexibility.
