About the role:
The role being offered is Business Development Associate. As a BDA your role will start with contacting potential customers, setting up meetings, and explain them the company's products and converting them into sales.
Expected Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness.
• Building the sales funnel by generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities.
• Skills with a positive, confident, and determined approach.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Roles and responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with the school management & accomplish organic growth.
Salary Structure (CTC): 2 LPA. to 3 LPA
