Designation: Business Development Associate
Desirable Skills:
1. Proficiency in English is a must
2. Knowledge of MS Office
3. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
4. Fast learner and passion for sales
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
7. Proposal Development
8. Identifying profitable business opportunities
Responsibilities and Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
3. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data
3. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
4. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Maintaining accurate records
7. Results-oriented mindset with a drive for achieving targets and goals.
8. Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
