Job Description
1. Business Development Associate to be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships.
2. Conduct market research and analysis to Identify New Business Opportunities.
3. Develop persuasive sales proposals, presentations, and sales collateral that highlight the value.
4. Involve in digital marketing services.
5. The BDA will constantly identify opportunities to grow the business and build positive relationships with new clients.
6. BDA will be responsible for scheduling the counselling sessions with the parents and their child which will be conducted during the weekends.
7. We initially book a free counselling session for the child with the parents. In any counselling session the discussion is all about the learning methodology of the child and about the shortcomings of his current way of learning and to provide solutions to improve it.
8. To be successful, candidate should possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organization.
+. Interacting with the customers over calls on a daily basis on weekdays and scheduling counselling sessions for weekends (Sat & Sun).
10. Engaged with education & training programs in Govt./Private Schools & Colleges across the districts of West Bengal. Navigate Universities & Higher-Ed Institutions to identify, effectively prospect, develop, and close sales opportunities.
11. To supervise the projects across the selected schools & colleges.
12. To Promote the projects in schools & colleges successfully.
13. Achieve quarterly milestones and close sales. Work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.
14. Negotiation and efficient closing of sales to maximize revenue generation Keep up to date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and competitive offerings to effectively position our services in the market.
Must Have:
Candidate must have own Bike and the candidate should have laptop in working condition for this job...
● DBA training stipend during the 4-week training: Rs. 10000 for 4 weeks
● DBA salary during the +0 days probation period: Rs. 14000 per month
● CTC (DBA - post qualification after training): INR 3,50,000 - 4,50,000 (2 Lakh fixed pay + 1.5 lakh performance pay)
Incentives for successful & active implementation of the program at new schools & colleges: RS. 2000/- per inclusions. (Minimum limit of inclusion: 3 Schools /Colleges/Uni. in the project per month)
You will have to be extremely committed to your effort and be target oriented in every aspect.
