Job Role
Sales and Lead Generation:
Identify and engage potential clients within the legal industry to promote our tech solutions.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through strategic outreach and relationship building.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our legal tech offerings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
Client Relationship Management:
Nurture existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Gather feedback from clients to contribute to product enhancement and development.
Work closely with the customer support team to address client inquiries and concerns.
Legal Industry Insight:
Leverage legal background, if applicable, to understand client needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and advancements to position our solutions effectively.
Reporting and Analytics:
Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing performance.
Analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 -2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Law, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Familiarity with legal industry practices and terminology is an advantage.
Proven experience in using various marketing channels and tools.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
