Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Strategy:
Conduct in-depth research to identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships in the e-learning sector.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and customer needs to help shape strategic initiatives.
Lead Generation & Qualification:
Identify and generate leads through various channels including online research, networking events, and outreach.
Qualify leads by understanding their e-learning needs and aligning them with LearnNex solutions.
Sales & Partnership Development:
Build and manage relationships with prospective clients, corporate training leaders, and educational institutions.
Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
Negotiate contracts and close new business deals that align with company objectives.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns aimed at increasing client acquisition.
Collaborate with the product team to offer insights from the market that inform product enhancements.
Maintain accurate CRM data on sales activities, client interactions, and business development progress.
Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, revenue targets, and strategic goals for management.
Event Representation:
Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to represent LearnNex and foster business relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in the e-learning or technology space).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication tools (Zoom, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the e-learning, edtech, or SaaS industries.
Familiarity with online education platforms and subscription-based business models.
Strong networking skills and connections within education or corporate training sectors.
