Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Lead Generation:
Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities, new markets, and customer segments. Qualify leads and assist in building a robust sales pipeline.
Sales Support:
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral. Coordinate meetings, follow up on client inquiries, and track progress through CRM tools.
Client Relationship Management:
Support relationship-building with existing and potential clients. Schedule and organize calls and meetings, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Internal Teams:
Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to identify and execute strategies that align with business goals and meet customer needs.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all leads, opportunities, and communications. Generate reports on business development activities and key performance metrics.
Networking & Event Participation:
Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to build relationships and stay updated on market trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (internships or previous entry-level experience will be considered).
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Good understanding of market research techniques and lead generation tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
