Roles and Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with school management to drive organic growth and foster collaboration.
Document and update daily activities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions and progress.
Set and meet weekly and monthly performance goals, leveraging data to optimise strategies and enhance results.
Conduct visits to schools and potential clients to showcase offerings, strengthen relationships, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Skills Required:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Building the sales funnel by generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities.
Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with the school management & accomplish organic growth.
Comfortable with B2B Sales..
