Role and Responsibilities
Identifying new leads
Pitching products and/or services
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
identify new leads and potential new markets
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Requirements
1. Experience 2+ in gold loan or business loan mandatory (NBFC Experience 1 year is fine)
2. Able to provide quality leadership to a large team of sales people
3. Strong communication and Gold Loan experience
4. In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
5. The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
6. Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
7. Excellent time management and organization skill
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
