Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with current and potential clients.
• Understand client needs and develop customized solutions to meet their specific IT requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
• Track and report on sales activity, including meetings, calls, and emails.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in the IT industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the IT industry and technologies is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
