Vihan Modular is a design-forward manufacturer of high-quality electrical switches and
lighting solutions. Our products are used in premium residential and commercial projects
across India, combining aesthetic appeal with technical performance. As we expand our
reach among the architecture and design community, we're looking for a confident and
personable Business Development Associate to lead our outreach in Mumbai.
🔍 What You’ll Do
• Proactively connect with architects, interior designers, and developers,
• introducing them to our product range and securing specification in new building
• projects
• Build and manage a pipeline of high-value leads across Mumbai’s architecture and
• construction ecosystem
• Deliver engaging, tailored presentations that speak to both design sensibilities
• and functional quality
• Maintain long-term client relationships, following up through project lifecycles from
• design to execution
• Track market trends, key projects, and competitors to stay ahead
• Achieve sales targets through consistent outreach, follow-up, and closing
• Travel daily across the city for meetings (travel allowance provided)
✅ What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in architectural, design, or
• interiors-related industries
• Strong existing network within architecture or interior design firms is a must
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — you’re confident, well-spoken,
• and comfortable walking into a design studio or construction site
• Fluent in English; professional and approachable in appearance and conduct
• Experience with switches or lighting is a strong advantage• Organised, thoughtful, and proactive — you manage your schedule well and follow
• up without reminders
