Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.

• Analyze competitor activities and industry developments.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.

• Identify and pursue potential clients and business opportunities.

• Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts.

• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and build relationships.

• Initiate and maintain contact with prospective clients.

• Understand client needs and requirements to tailor solutions and proposals.

• Assist in the preparation of proposals, bids, and tender documents.

• Collaborate with technical teams to develop accurate and competitive proposals.

• Ensure proposals meet client specifications and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

• Advanced degrees or certifications in business development or sales are advantageous.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the engineering and construction industry.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

• Strong analytical and research skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
