Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Business Development Associate to help us expand our college network across PAN India.
Your main responsibility will be to connect with colleges, student committees, and cultural heads to seek permissions for on-ground brand activations and build strong relationships that support campaign execution.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, relationship-building, and working in a dynamic marketing environment connected to youth culture and events.

Key Responsibilities:

1. College Outreach & Partnerships

Research and identify colleges suitable for upcoming brand activation campaigns.
Contact college authorities, event committees, and cultural heads to seek permissions for brand activations.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with college representatives across India.
2. Campaign Coordination

Coordinate with the internal marketing and activation teams to share details about approved colleges.
Ensure timely permissions and documentation for campaign rollouts.
Keep track of ongoing and upcoming college festivals, events, and opportunities for brand presence.
3. Database Management

Maintain an updated database of colleges, committees, and key contacts across all major cities.
Track campaign approvals, conversations, and responses in CRM / Excel sheets.
4. Brand Representation

Represent the company professionally while communicating with colleges and partners.
Promote the idea of brand activations, explaining how it benefits the college community.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or any relevant field.
0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Event Marketing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
Good research and data management skills (Excel / Google Sheets).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, youth-focused environment.
Willingness to travel if required (for major festivals or tie-ups).
