Designation: Business Development Associate (Home Counselling)
Department: B2C Sales & Business Development
Work Location: Indore-AB Rd, Near Mangalia toll naka, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 453771
Eligibility: Any (Graduate / Post Graduate) with 1+ years of relevant experience in Field Sales (counselling & Lead Conversion) profile may apply for the position.
Fresher’s willing to make a carrier in EduTech (Sales & Business Development) profile may also apply.
Working Days: 6 Days per Week(Saturday & Sunday working)
Responsibilities:
1. Call stipulated number of leads on daily basis & generate funnel for Home Counselling
2. Fix appointment for Home Counselling within Proximity of the allotted branch
3. Engaging and interact information to potential customers & close acquisition of the same
4. Meet personal targets on Home Counselling for the stipulated period
Skills Required
1. Should have Excellent Communication Skill
2. Should have Good Convincing/objection handling skills
3. Presentable Personality
4. Interest in Field Sales is preferred
Salary: Upto 4LPA + Performance based Incentives upto 1 lakh (32.5k per month + incentives)
