Hiring for SALES ASSOCIATE & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE (1-1.5years of experience).
LOCATION: Gurugram, India (Only Delhi NCR based Candidate will be preferable)

Experience: 1-2 Years of Experience as Sales Associate or Business Development Associate. Candidate should preferably be from Real Estate, Co-working/ Co-Living, Aviation or Hospitality background.
Requirement:
We are looking for an energetic Business Development Associate to help drive our sales and grow the business. You will attract new clients and build solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Building relationships with all Co-working, Co-living Spaces & Property Owners.
• Client acquisition and Business Development by direct/indirect sales.
• Should have understanding of the geographical area and flavor of the local market.
• Business generation through different Marketing channels & Social media handles.
• Communicate & collaborate with management to understand their office space requirement.
• Relationship management with Client Company’s key decision-makers.
• Identifying customers, give presentation and close the deals independently.
• Updating CRM with leads and sales pipeline records.
• Cross-Selling & Up-Selling to Clients.
• Capable of Conducting property tours and client on-boarding.
• Achieving sales targets as given by the company.
• Strong client focus including pre and post sales services for long term wealth retention.
• Develop Cofynd as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies.
