Job Description
Aliens Group is a south Indian real estate development company, which constructs tall buildings in India. It was founded in 2004 by Hari Challa. Its projects include Aliens Space Station, a residential skyscraper designed by Andrew Bromberg in Gachibowli, Hyderabad at 120 m. It is currently the fifth tallest building in the city. It also has a group of companies such as Aliens Infra Tech Private Limited and Aliens Developers.
About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Understanding and closely analyzing the customer's requirements
2. Attending inbound calls and making outbound calls to the leads generated through various marketing activities and providing them with necessary project details over email or WhatsApp; doing regular follow-up and ensuring customer's site visit
3. Taking responsibility for the entire pre-sales function, from leads handling to ensuring site visits
4. Coordinating with the sales team after site visits and updating & maintaining daily/weekly and monthly reports in Excel
5. Following up with customers & managing database of leads allocation; regular follow-up & achieving high sales conversions
6. Ensuring timely updates on the sales pipeline on the system; submitting any other reports and updates as required by the reporting manager
1. B. Tech/MBA/PGDM from NIRF ranked campus with excellent academic record (80% in at least one of the academic 10/12/B. Tech/MBA)
2. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
3. Should be comfortable in approaching prospective customers via cold calling, mailing, referrals, messaging, etc.
4. Understanding of sales channel/ real estate/ products/etc.
