Role Overview
We are seeking a sharp, driven Business Development Associate who has excellent communication skills and the ability to identify, nurture, and close business opportunities. You will be responsible for working on both provided leads as well as finding warm leads through proactive outreach and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with provided leads and proactively source warm leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, etc.
Clearly explain Belgana’s value proposition and tailor solutions based on client requirements
Create and deliver proposals, quotations, and follow-ups to successfully close leads
Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding and order execution process
Update and manage lead pipelines, call reports, and CRM tools regularly
Collaborate with Design and Production teams to ensure client needs are met accurately
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and pitches
Required Skills & Qualifications
Fluent communication in English & Hindi — both speaking and writing
Strong thinking and problem-solving capacity to understand and map client needs
Solid negotiation and lead-closing abilities
Confident, presentable, and comfortable talking to decision-makers
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a hunger to grow in a startup environment
Basic knowledge of sales processes or client management is advantageous
