Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

About Us: ByteShark Studios is a dynamic and fast-growing digital marketing agency that specializes in content creation, social media management, product photography & videography, podcast production, and studio rentals. We help brands build powerful digital presence with creative strategies and data-driven execution.
Job Summary: We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Executive to grow our client base, pitch creative solutions, and drive sales for our digital marketing services. You will be the face of ByteShark Studios, helping brands discover how we can take their digital presence to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential clients (startups, influencers, businesses, agencies).
Pitch ByteShark Studios’ services including:
Content creation & strategy
Social media management
Product photography/videography
Podcast production
Studio rental for creators and brands
Generate leads through email outreach, LinkedIn, Instagram DMs, networking, and cold calls.
Schedule meetings, present customized solutions, and follow up consistently.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Achieve monthly targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain records in CRM tools and prepare weekly reports for the management team.
Stay updated on marketing trends and digital tools to align with client needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (digital or creative industry preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence in presenting creative services to business owners and marketing heads.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
Familiarity with digital marketing terms (SEO, branding, social media campaigns) is a plus.
Bonus Points If You Have:Existing network of clients in retail, e-commerce, fashion, or F&B sectors.
Experience using CRM tools and lead-gen platforms.
Understanding of creative trends on Instagram, YouTube, and podcasts.
