Role Overview
We are hiring passionate and energetic Business Development Associates — whether you are a fresher starting your career or an experienced professional looking to grow in EdTech sales. If you love interacting with people and helping them succeed in their careers, we want you!
Key Responsibilities
• Reach out to potential students and working professionals through calls, emails, social media.
• Counsel and guide prospects about ARIVZ courses, benefits, and career outcomes.
• Manage end-to-end sales activities: lead generation, counseling, follow-ups, and closures.
• Build relationships with colleges, training centers, and corporates to drive enrollments.
• Represent ARIVZ at events, career fairs, and offline campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records on CRM and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
• Achieve monthly targets for admissions and revenue.
• Gather feedback from prospects to improve offerings and customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
• Education: Any
• Languages: Must be fluent in English and Tamil
• Experience: Freshers passionate about sales are welcome.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales, EdTech, academic counseling, or inside sales preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and convincing skills.
• Target-driven attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools are an added advantage.
