Business Development Executive
Role Task
Role Definition As a Business Development Associate at Indused, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence and revenue in the B2C & B2B segment of the education technology market.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Market Research and Strategy Development:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential schools and educational institutions in the target region. Develop and implement a strategic plan to penetrate the B2B market and achieve sales targets.
2. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and connect with school principals, administrators, and decision-makers through various channels.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by continuously identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
3. Product Presentation and Demonstrations:
Articulate the value proposition of our educational product suite effectively.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits to potential clients.
4. Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in schools and educational institutions.
Understand their unique needs and pain points to tailor our solutions accordingly.
5. Sales and Revenue Generation:
Negotiate and close sales deals with schools, ensuring revenue targets are met.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
6. Customer Onboarding and Support:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new school partners, ensuring a smooth transition.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to schools to maximize their utilization of our educational solutions.
7. Market Insights and Feedback:
Gather insights and feedback from the market to contribute to product enhancements and improvements.
Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors' activities to inform our business strategies.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
