What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Associate Intern, you will be directly contributing to the growth and revenue generation of Digital Blinc. You’ll own the end-to-end customer journey — from prospecting to closing — while also nurturing existing clients to maximize value through upselling.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new business opportunities across multiple channels
Manage the complete customer journey: lead generation, outreach, follow-ups, deal closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Strategically upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients
Meet or exceed monthly revenue and performance targets
Report on sales performance and customer feedback
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Continuously improve sales tactics and product knowledge
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, self-driven attitude with a hunger to learn and grow
Basic understanding of digital marketing and business development is a plus
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Comfortable making client calls and managing sales conversations

Stipend & Training
Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Performance-based)
Training: 15-day unpaid training period
(Performance during training will influence stipend and future role)
