Role Description
Harptec is seeking a Business Development Bidder to join our team in Vadodara. This is a full-time on-site role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of innovative business strategies to drive growth in our target markets through bidding(upwork etc), online and inside sales.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
• Experience in proposal writing, cost estimation, and client communication
• Experience in .Net Services and general IT solutions
• A track record of successful bid management and closing of large deals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and work independently or as part of a team
