Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development Manager with a zero to 3 years of proven success in driving business growth. As a key team member, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Business Development Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and expand market presence within the event industry.
- Identify emerging market trends, industry challenges, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maximize opportunities for revenue generation.
2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, networking, and relationship building with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Utilize a combination of inbound and outbound sales tactics, including cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and attending industry events and conferences.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, event organizers, agencies, and corporate partners, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and pain points, and develop customized solutions to address their needs and drive value.
4. Contract Negotiation and Closing:
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and terms agreement with clients to secure new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring smooth transitions and handoffs to project teams for successful execution.
5. Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitive insights to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,888.16 - ₹60,450.58 per month
