Job Description
JOB DUTIES:
Work closely with the ProAV Technical Sales BDMs and accounts to drive revenue and margin enhancements with customers and through local stores.
Technically support strategic brands with customers to ensure project success, while acting as the technology subject matter expert and providing guidance to Category Strategy on potential new brands/solutions.
Attend industry events to meet with customers to discuss product solutions and provide training for customers.
Develop strong working relationships with ADI Sales Leaders across multiple disciplines
Prepare weekly/ monthly sales reports including performance against KPI's along with SFDC documentation using tools like SFDC and BI
Travel in field with reps, create development and coaching plans
Exceed sales targets, present/report out on metrics, and identify new opportunities to hit targets including specific gap closure plans.
Facilitate system designs with the internal design team and professional services teams.
Consistently and accurately reporting metrics and tracking in sales management tools.
Quickly responding to supplier, field and customer’s needs
Work with Engineering and Services leader to develop growth plans, enhance Services offering, improve portfolio
Look at ways to improve overall technical discipline (tied to PAV) across the org
Develop SME plans to lay foundation for large, category disciplines in alignment with current portfolio and leadership
YOU MUST HAVE:
10+ Years experience in the technology of the Audio Visual industry
Problem-solver with strong client/executive relationship management abilities
Willing to travel 25% of the time
Proven experience leading strategic organizational planning and leading large scale projects
