Roles & Responsibility
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients
Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
Organizing documents; maintaining records; taking notes at meetings
Any other administrative tasks that help the executive perform their job.
Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry clients
Keeps the customers and new inquiries in check and continues with follow up and support.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Good customer care skills
· Great written and verbal English Communication
· Accuracy and attention to detail
· Good organisational skills
· Good computer and keyboard skills (MS Word/ Excel)
· An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
· An ability to work independently and as a team.
· Reporting Skills
· Good administrative skills
· Excellent follow up skills
Educational / Qualification– B.E. Electrical
Female candidates preferred.
Solar background will be preferred.
