Position: Business Development Executive

Experience: 3-4 Years

Location: Mumbai

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven BDE with expertise in Business Loan (Secured & Unsecured). The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring new clients, managing an existing database, and ensuring business growth by handling ticket sizes of ₹1 Cr and above.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and source potential clients requiring secured/unsecured business loans.
Leverage existing databases and develop new client relationships through direct outreach, networking, and referrals.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in the lending space.
Develop and execute a strategy to meet and exceed business loan sales targets.
Evaluate loan requirements, financials, and business stability of potential borrowers.
Collect, verify, and process loan applications with all required documentation.
Work closely with credit teams to ensure loan approvals are processed efficiently.
Ensure smooth loan disbursal by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Provide financial advisory services to clients regarding loan structures and repayment plans.
Serve as a single point of contact for queries, negotiations, and issue resolution related to business loans.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-4 years of experience in business loan sales, secured/unsecured loans, NBFC, or banking industry.
Strong knowledge of loan products, financial assessment, risk evaluation, and credit underwriting.
Ability to source clients independently through market intelligence, networking, and databases.
Excellent negotiation, sales, and client relationship management skills.
Strong understanding of financial documents (P&L statements, balance sheets, bank statements, ITR, etc.).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
