Work Days: Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to 40,000/month (Based on experience and skillset)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the B2B content or digital marketing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, client outreach, and business development in a digital marketing agency or content services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, etc.)

Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners

Research industry trends and client needs to tailor outreach strategies

Schedule and conduct discovery calls or meetings with prospects

Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategy with service offerings

Maintain CRM records and provide regular reporting on lead generation and conversion metrics

Requirements:

2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition

Experience in a digital marketing agency or content-focused service company

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Familiarity with outreach tools, CRM software, and lead gen best practices
