Business Development Executive – US Shift (Remote, Pune Candidates Preferred)

Note: While this is a remote position, we are currently considering candidates located in the Pune region.

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Shift: US Shift | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month
Key Requirements:
1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales or handling international clients
Strong communication and negotiation skills with confidence in closing deals
Persistent follow-ups and high ownership of the sales pipeline
Comfortable handling global communication across time zones
Ability to convert qualified leads into revenue with trust, timing, and value
Responsibilities:
Drive outbound and inbound sales efforts to generate new business opportunities
Identify, qualify, and engage decision-makers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Deliver confident, value-driven sales pitches tailored to client needs
Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
Maintain accurate data in CRM and consistently track all touchpoints
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor landscape
