Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune for a Business Development Executive (Fresher, 0-1 Yr).
We are looking for energetic, smart, and ambitious freshers who want to start their career in Business Development and grow with a rapidly scaling tech product company.
• On-site role based in Pune
• For freshers / recent graduates (0–1 year experience only)
• Not open for remote or hybrid work
Core Responsibilities:
• Identify and research potential leads across social media, startup communities, business directories, and trade groups.
• Reach out to startups and SMBs via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
• Prepare and Pitch customer specific value proposition delivered by Terrapin
• Understand each prospect’s business (D2C, B2B, services, etc.) and tailor the pitch accordingly.
• Schedule and conduct demo calls or virtual meetings to showcase the platform.
• Follow up on leads, track interactions, and maintain CRM records.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign follow-ups and lead nurturing.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor insights.
• Achieve weekly/monthly lead conversion and revenue targets.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure smooth onboarding with the tech team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Knowledge of Business principles, including market analysis and strategic planning.
• Exceptional Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Technical proficiency to user all technical tools in digital marketing
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Remuneration
• Fixed: ₹25,000 per month
• Variable: ₹25,000 per month
Variable payments will be paid out on a quarterly basis based (₹75,000) on target achievement.
