Responsibilities
• Maintain the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data
• Own the entire proposal process: identify customer's needs, develop win themes, and produce complete proposals
• Generate , convert and retain the lead and sales
• Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications
• Creation, regulation, and maintenance of the product profiles
• Handling the clients' complaints, queries, and feedback to provide a better overall experience
REQUIRED SKILL-SET & CRITERIA
• Quick learner and highly passionate to contribute in the making of a valuable Edu-tech product/service
• Highly accountable and responsible for the allotted tasks
• Skill enough to convince people with confidence and persistence
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali
• College-grades is not a selection criterion as long as you are sincere and strive to learn & grow
• Available to join this full-time job for the minimum tenure of 6 months
• Basic computer skill
BENEFITS & FUTURE SCOPE
• Office Location: Motilal Gupta Rd, Tollygunge, Kolkata
• Office time: (11 pm to 7 pm ) or ( 10 am-6 pm )
• Salary: INR 15000/month + bi-annual increments
• Incentive: Huge incentive opportunity. opportunity to make extra incentive amount up to 20000/month (final incentive amount will depend on the number of sales that you make and value that you add.)
