1.Direct experience of Diathermy- active experience, preferred.
2. Geographic location covered- from when to when has he worked in the area that he’s applying for and prior to that where was he located and which Geography was he covering
3. Distribution identification, onboarding experience- how many distributors can he convince and onboard for us- does he have decent connections with distributors in the territory
4. Desire for the Job/role- should be genuinely interested in the company & role
- Sales of Diathermy capital equipment and disposable products- good understanding of the capital products process - Funnel process- from lead generation to closure.
- Distributor management -Onboarding (at least 5 dealers-Capital) , guiding and managing dealers across the state
- Demos in OT - connections with surgeons -Gynae, Uro & GI and General surgeons
-Negotiations with Multistakeholder's in Hospitals
