We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to assist, encourage our sales and grow the business. You will bring new clients and build stable relationships with them while managing real connections. Other responsibilities will include market analysis, developing business strategies and offerings, handling a variety of projects, and recognizing new business possibilities.

Following are the job requirements:
Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
Prospect for potential new clients and to increase business
Research and build relationships, cold calling, and follow-up with new as well as existing clients
Cold Calling, Business Development, and Lead Generation via Email and Web
Perseverant with the ability to meet deadlines and sales targets.
Prepare and follow up on sales proposals made to clients.
Handle customer queries/escalations.
Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels and convert leads into clients
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiation
Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team
Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites are fulfilled within a timely manner
Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff
Planning and managing client information in the database
Operating closely with staff across departments to execute growth plans
Distinguish new business possibilities and associates
Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities.
Understand the company's goal and purpose so that will continue to enhance the company’s performance
