executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goalsGrowing business through the development of new leads and new contactsIdentifying new revenue opportunitiesBuilding business relationships with current and potential clientsAttending networking events to attract and retain clientsMaintaining and updating sales, marketing, & business development documentationAssist in user-training and awareness sessions for the users/institutionsAssisting with marketing and promotional projectsCollaborating with management on sales goalsCreating content and managing long-term goals.Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.Writing program funding proposals including CSR proposals and grant writingMeeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project implementationProducing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycleAssisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaignsIdentifying customers’ needs and recommending new content
Requirements
A commercially astute and customer focussed individual, with a solid sales track record and a proven ability to foster strong business relationshipsCandidate, should ideally have a sales or marketing background or a relevant work experience of at least 2 yearsStart-up attitude: quick execution, self-drive and willingness to work long hoursStrong written and verbal communication skills, able to deliver clear, concise information to partners, clients and team, ability to multitaskBasic understanding of sales principles and customer service practicesProficiency in English and Maths skillsWorking knowledge of the customer and market dynamics and requirementsTrack record of over-achieving sales quotaSolid communication and interpersonal skillsA friendly and energetic personality with customer service focusThe ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
