Designation: Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Generating online leads through online freelancing portals like Upwork, Fiverr, GURU, freelancer, etc.
Candidates should know how to Generate business through Linkedin.
Generating leads for web design and development services, SEO markets
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
They Should have prior experience in an Advertising Company. Technical Knowledge will be a value add.
Requirements:
Proven working experience as a business development manager/executive Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support is a plus Proficiency in MS Office Proficiency in English
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
Education: Any Graduate PG: MBA/PGDM in Information Technology, Marketing, MCA in Computer Science
Experience: Minimum 2 Years of experience in Upwork like freelancing portals. Experience in IT Industry is a must.
Salary: 15k-25k plus performance-based incentives Location: Work from office (Jaipur)
