Job Description:
Handle all incoming queries on our courses and act as a consultant and guide prospects in their decisions for our courses.
Should become knowledgeable about our university admission process and requirements.
Maintaining accurate knowledge of educational legislation, trends, developments and resources.
Counsel and guide the aspiring candidates as per their requirements about the various career options by highlighting the benefits of required course.
Communicate our products and services via Face to Face, Calling and E-mail.
Counselling and effective follow up with the leads/prospects.
Converting leads / prospectus generated through various sources into admission.
Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls.
Meeting coordinators for business generation.
Conducting Seminars.
Come up with different initiatives and ideas to generate more leads.
Document and update CRM with daily activities as required & sharing it with the reporting manager.
Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases.
Developing a Strong Network of Business Associates.
Identify and act on opportunities for improvement.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
