Responsibilities:
First Ring Solutions is looking for highly talented individuals to be responsible for US Staffing as BDM.
· Building a relationship with new client and vendors
· Responsible to work on Contract, Contract to Hire or Permanent positions.
· Coordinate with our existing Clients to generate new business
· Sourcing, screening and evaluating.
· Negotiating with candidates and Vendors
Desired Skills:
Bachelors degree from an accredited University
Excellent Communication Skills
Sound understanding of technical aspects of job requirement.
Must be highly motivated and goal oriented
A good team player
