We are currently searching for a suitable candidate to assume the role of a BDE at InLustro
Learning Private Limited.
Job Location: Mumbai / Chennai

Purpose of this job:
To design and implement business development strategies
Essential job responsibilities:
Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
Research and identify new market opportunities.
Prepare and deliver pitches to potential clients.
Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business.
Assisting with marketing and promotional projects.
Collaborating with management on sales goals.
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE
Professional Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
Sales experience.
Experience with CRM software (optional).
Proficiency in MS Office.
Experience in managing and growing sales teams.
Strong customer service skills.
Personal Characteristics & Skills:
The passion to work in the EdTech sector and is looking for a long-term association with our firm
Knowledge about the industry in general and our firm’s activities in particular will be a bonus
Great networking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences.
Essential Criteria:
Must be ready to start immediately
Must be willing to travel across India
Must be willing to undergo a background check
Must know more than 1 language - preferably knowledge of Hindi
